Range subscriptions are a distribution and lock-in mechanism, not our primary revenue. The free tier is real and intentionally generous — most ranges will live there forever and that's fine.
Shooters show up already set up
Every shooter who checks in or scores a match gets it in their Get Zeroed history automatically — no extra app for them to dig through, no exports for your staff to send. That's included at every MyRangeScore tier, free or paid.

Do ranges have to pay to be on Get Zeroed?
No. After claim approval, Community is free forever: edit your listing, import CSV results, run up to 2 events/month, and let shooters log visits. Door QR check-in and MyRangeStaff need Pro. Standard ($29/mo) unlocks unlimited events, push, analytics, and marketing tools.
Why is Standard only $29/mo?
Because range subscriptions are how MyRangeScore spreads, not how it makes its money. Every range that runs its events here makes the network more valuable for every other range on it — so pricing is set for adoption, not extraction. The paid tiers cover the heavy tooling (unlimited events, push, analytics, MyRangeStaff line ops); Community stays free forever, because an active, listed range is worth more to the network than a paywalled one.
What is Range Pro — do I get a tablet?
Pro ($79/mo) includes MyRangeStaff for scoring, queue, and check-in on a phone or tablet you already own, plus door QR / kiosk. A dedicated check-in tablet SKU is on a waitlist and is not shipped at signup. Join the waitlist from the Pro card if you want hardware later.
Can clubs use this?
Yes. Clubs follow the same tiers, but most clubs will stay on Community Free since they're volunteer-run and just need event listings and member visibility. No pressure to upgrade.
What about my existing scoring tool (PractiScore, etc.)?
Keep it. We're an overlay, not a replacement. Import PractiScore roster and results CSVs (PCSL, USPSA, IDPA, Steel Challenge) and your shooters see scores in Get Zeroed. We have an optional in-house scoring engine for novelty/training/club matches PractiScore won't touch, but you don't have to use it.
How do I cancel?
Self-serve, anytime, from your range settings or shooter account. No contract, no penalty. Your data stays accessible — you just lose access to paid features.
What payment methods?
All major credit cards via Stripe. ACH and invoicing available on Enterprise.
