1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyRangeScore ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyRangeScore provides event scoring, training tools, leaderboards, and range operation workflows for shooters, coaches, and ranges through web and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Use the Service in violation of range safety rules or applicable firearm laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent
Use the Service to build a competing product or service

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, workflows, and branding are owned by MyRangeScore and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (scores, photos, posts, and profile content). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Optional Industry insights require an affirmative, recorded opt-in. Aggregate reporting and its separate controls are described in the Privacy Policy and Privacy & Data settings.

7. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require paid plans or paid transactions. By purchasing, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. Third-party processors may apply additional terms.

8. Safety and Competition Disclaimer

MyRangeScore is a software platform only. You are solely responsible for safe firearm handling, compliance with all laws, and adherence to range and sanctioning body rules. The platform does not replace certified instruction, range officers, or legal guidance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYRANGESCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRangeScore from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, threaten platform integrity, or engage in abusive or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@myrangescore.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" that includes (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act for the rightsholder.

16. App Store Additional Terms

The Get Zeroed and MyRangeStaff mobile applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The following terms apply when you obtain the app through Apple:

These Terms are between you and MyRangeScore, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Your licence to use the app on iOS devices is non-transferable, limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation. All other claims are our responsibility.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

When you obtain the app through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply alongside these Terms.

17. Account Deletion

You can delete your account from inside the apps or at myrangescore.com/account/delete. Eligible account data is scheduled for a background purge after a 30-day grace window. Ownership or administrator restrictions and technical retries can affect completion. Official or operational records, provider records, and backups may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is separate from cancelling any subscription managed through its billing provider.

18. Dispute Resolution

We will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before resorting to formal proceedings. If informal resolution fails, you and MyRangeScore agree that any dispute not addressed in small-claims court will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Travis County, Texas. You and MyRangeScore each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@myrangescore.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
